1. What causes the biggest delay in your work right now?
2. How often do you win new customers that they because their previous print supplier couldn’t print the right color or struggled with print consistency?
3. A client brings a physical sample (like a business card) and asks: "Can you match this color?" What do you think immediately?
4. When a job is printed and the color is 'wrong' (for example: the printed red isn't the same as the brand's red), how do you fix it?
5. On a difficult job, how much material do you print for "testing" before you print the final job?
6. Look at your waste bin (trash) from this week. How much of the material is there because the color was wrong?
7. How much money do you lose every month because of color mistakes and reprints?
8. Do clients ever reject a job after you deliver it because "the color is wrong"?
9. When you send a job to a big 'print fulfillment provider', how do you prove to the client beforehand what it will look like?er hesitate to outsource large jobs to bigger 'print fulfillment provider' / 'Trade Printer' because you're worried the color won't match what you promised your client?
